1. Scope and Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all services offered through the website www.lalajet.com, operated by WE TRANSPORT PEOPLE FZCO, licensed under No. 60855, headquartered at IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates.
By placing a booking, the client fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms, which prevail over any other document unless formally accepted in writing by Lalajet.
2. Nature of Activity
Lalajet is a private jet charter brokerage platform acting solely as an intermediary between clients and certified aircraft operators.
Lalajet does not own, lease, or operate any aircraft and is not a licensed air carrier.
Transport services are performed exclusively by licensed third-party air operators (“Operators”) who bear full responsibility for operational execution, aircraft compliance, and passenger safety.
3. Site Access and Usage
Access to www.lalajet.com is reserved for legally competent individuals aged 18 and over. The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all stages.
Any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the site may result in immediate suspension or permanent exclusion, without compensation, and may lead to legal prosecution.
4. Booking Process
The client initiates a booking request via the online form. Following the submission, Lalajet provides one or more flight quotes.
The client must explicitly accept a quote in writing, and the booking will only be confirmed upon full payment within the specified timeframe.
Lalajet reserves the right to decline any request without providing justification.
5. Payment Terms
Payments must be made via bank transfer or credit card through secured payment providers.
All payment-related fees, including currency conversion and transfer charges, are borne by the client.
A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received by Lalajet.
6. Transport Contract – Legal Status
The air transport contract is exclusively between the client and the selected Operator.
Lalajet acts as the client’s commercial representative and has no control over the aircraft, flight schedule, crew, or operational decisions.
As such, Lalajet cannot be held liable for any cancellation, delay, denial of boarding, or incident occurring during the flight.
7. Prohibited Items and Activities
Clients are strictly prohibited from using Lalajet’s services for the transport of illegal, dangerous, or restricted goods. This includes, but is not limited to:
Narcotics, drugs, or controlled substances, even for personal use;
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or military-grade equipment, unless legally authorized and approved in advance;
Endangered species, illegal wildlife products, or protected cultural items;
Hazardous, flammable, radioactive, or toxic materials;
Counterfeit documents, forged passports, or unauthorized communication equipment.
The client is fully responsible for compliance with customs and aviation security laws in the countries of departure, transit, and arrival.
Any violation will result in immediate booking cancellation without refund and may involve legal action or cooperation with the relevant authorities.
8. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and modification policies are those of the selected Operator and are clearly communicated to the client prior to booking confirmation.
Refunds, if applicable, are limited to the actual amounts recovered from the Operator, minus any administrative fees.
Lalajet cannot guarantee the reimbursement of any amounts beyond those returned by the Operator.
9. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information for flight planning;
Ensure timely arrival at the airport with valid travel documentation;
Comply with onboard safety instructions and baggage limitations;
Behave respectfully toward crew, staff, and other passengers.
Failure to do so may result in refusal to board, with no right to reimbursement.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government decisions, strikes, or civil unrest.
11. Travel Insurance
Lalajet strongly recommends that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, personal liability, and luggage loss or damage.
12. Liability Limitations
Lalajet shall not be held liable for:
Any delay, cancellation, or incident arising from the Operator’s actions;
Denial of boarding due to immigration or security issues;
Website errors, unavailability, or third-party disruptions;
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Lalajet’s liability is strictly limited to its role as an intermediary.
13. Personal Data & Privacy
All client data is handled securely and used exclusively for the management of quotes and bookings.
No personal data will be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
Clients may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion by contacting contact@lalajet.com.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lalajet website (logos, text, visuals, layout, documents) is the intellectual property of Lalajet or its licensed partners.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
15. Account Suspension or Booking Cancellation
Lalajet reserves the right to cancel a booking or suspend a client account in cases of:
Breach of these Terms;
Fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicious activity;
Abusive, disrespectful, or threatening behavior toward staff.
16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted in writing to contact@lalajet.com within 7 days of the scheduled flight.
Should a dispute arise, parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
